Our Obligations

Telaseven Global Services' obligations under this Agreement are to offer consulting services and solutions to clients. Both Telaseven Global Services and you have the right to terminate or cancel your account at any time. You can cancel your account at any time by sending an email to Customer Services Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM at contact@telaseven.com.

You understand and agree that the cancellation of your account or a particular subscription is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with us. This includes, but is not limited to, any dispute related to, or arising out of: (1) any term of these Terms or our enforcement or application of these Terms; (2) the content available through this site or any change in such content; (3) your ability to access and/or use this site; or (4) the amount or type of fees, surcharges, applicable taxes, billing methods, or any change to the fees, applicable taxes, surcharges, or billing methods.

If within 30 days after the subscription of your account you are unsatisfied with Telaseven Global Services and its features, you may cancel and receive a full refund. The 30-day Money Back Guarantee starts from the initial subscription date, and any cancellation after 30 days from the initial subscription date will not be entertained.

You consent that we may provide you with required notices, benefits, and other membership information through electronic disclosure via email and postings on our website, or at the email address provided at the time of sign up (or as amended at our website by you from time to time).

Payment Terms

All fees for Telaseven Global Services are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other method confirmed by Telaseven Global Services at the time of engagement. For monthly subscription plans, billing occurs automatically on the same date each month from the initial subscription date. A reminder email will be sent 3–7 days before each billing cycle, including subscription details and cancellation instructions.

All prices are listed in USD. Telaseven Global Services reserves the right to revise pricing with at least 14 days' advance written notice to active clients. Failure to make payment on the due date may result in suspension of services until payment is received. Any outstanding balances unpaid for more than 30 days may be referred to a collections process and may incur applicable late fees.

Delivery Timeline

Telaseven Global Services will provide an estimated delivery or project completion timeline at the start of each engagement. Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the work, client responsiveness, and factors outside our control. We commit to communicating proactively if any delays are anticipated.

Standard timelines for our core services are as follows:

• Sales Consulting: Initial audit and strategy document delivered within 7–10 business days of engagement start.
• Marketing Strategy: Full campaign plan delivered within 10–14 business days of engagement start.
• Tele-Calling Services: Operations commence within 3–5 business days of onboarding completion.
• Web Development: Project timelines are agreed individually; typical delivery is 3–6 weeks depending on scope.
• Digital Marketing: Campaign setup and launch within 7–10 business days of brief approval.

Timelines are contingent on timely receipt of all required materials, approvals, and information from the client. Delays caused by incomplete or late client inputs will not be the responsibility of Telaseven Global Services.

Refund Policy

Telaseven Global Services offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee from the initial subscription or engagement start date. If you are unsatisfied with our services within this 30-day period, you may request a full refund by contacting us at contact@telaseven.com with an explanation of your reasons and your order information.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Cancellation requests submitted after 30 days from the initial subscription or engagement start date.
• Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
• Work already completed and billed on a milestone or project basis.
• Accounts terminated due to a breach of these Terms by the client.

All refund requests are reviewed and processed at the discretion of Telaseven Global Services management. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription or engagement with Telaseven Global Services at any time by sending a written cancellation request to contact@telaseven.com during business hours, Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM. Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following billing cycle.

Upon cancellation:

• Access to active services will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
• No further charges will be made after the cancellation is confirmed.
• Any work in progress at the time of cancellation may be invoiced on a pro-rata basis for effort already expended.
• Telaseven Global Services reserves the right to cancel or suspend services at any time if the client is in breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Cancellation of your account or subscription is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with us regarding fees, service quality, or terms of engagement.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful delivery of services, clients engaging Telaseven Global Services agree to the following responsibilities:

• Timely Communication: Respond to requests for information, approvals, and feedback within 2 business days to avoid project delays.
• Accurate Information: Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information about your business, goals, and requirements at the start of and throughout the engagement.
• Access & Permissions: Grant Telaseven Global Services timely access to any platforms, tools, accounts, or data necessary to deliver the agreed services (e.g. CRM systems, ad accounts, website credentials).
• Content & Assets: Supply all required content, branding materials, images, and copy in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials may impact the agreed delivery timeline.
• Point of Contact: Designate a primary point of contact within your organization who has the authority to approve deliverables and make decisions.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure that all content, products, and business practices provided to Telaseven Global Services for use in the engagement comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Confidentiality: Keep all proprietary strategies, reports, and materials provided by Telaseven Global Services confidential and not share them with third parties without prior written consent.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, or termination of the engagement at the discretion of Telaseven Global Services.

Third Party Fees

We may provide links to other websites. Some of these websites may charge separate fees, which are not included in any subscription or other fees that you may pay to us. We may also provide access to or through third-party vendors who provide content, goods, and/or services. Any separate charges or obligations you incur in your dealings with these third parties are your responsibility.
